Over eight episodes, Lyndey Milan will explore the Counties of Ireland. She will get under the rolling green skin of the country to reveal the unexpected, meeting extraordinary characters that will take her to places she would never have known . And as much as Ireland is about food, it is also about the people who make that food. Lyndey celebrates Irish culture with larger than life characters who take her by the hand, sweeping her around corners, up alleys and lanes, and into little known corners of the country to discover their rich and deep seated passions.
